  • Alan Castillo: Alan Castillo changed careers and became a photographer 4 years ago, which led to the expansion of his business into what is now Panamericana Media and Conecta Colorado. Through these ventures, he has built a reputation for crafting compelling media content and connecting with diverse audiences. In addition to his media work, Alan serves as a business consultant, offering strategic guidance to small businesses and organizations, connecting with his passion for helping businesses thrive across different industries.
  • Alvaro SaucedoAlvaro Saucedo is the founder and CEO of Saucedo Media. Although from the outside looking in, starting a business in his early twenties with no resources or funding quickly made him realize entrepreneurship was anything but easy. Taking it a day at a time with patience and consistency, Saucedo Media began to grow. Alvaro never forgets the reason why he chose this career path: to create art with love and expression

  • Thao Le: Thao Le is a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Dynatrace and a proud University of Texas at Austin alum holding a BBA in Management Information Systems. She has experienced the intricate landscape of the Technology Consulting industry, donning various hats, including IT Auditor, Business Analyst, and Quality Assurance Engineer. Thao is passionate about providing technical services while fostering relationships with customers. Originally from Texas, she now enjoys life in Highlands Ranch and spends time crafting, gaming, and savoring delicious food!
  • Reggie Scott: Reggie Scott is a Senior Talent Advisor at Dynatrace, bringing over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. A Vanguard University of Southern California graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies, Reggie has successfully partnered with leading tech companies, including Twitter, Facebook, and Microsoft. Originally from California, he now resides in Colorado Springs, balancing his professional pursuits with family life as a dedicated father.
  • Julio Marquez: Hi, my name is Julio Marquez. Currently, I’m part of the Customer Success Leadership Team at Dynatrace. I have had experience in multiple industries, though each role I’ve held has something to do with technology over the past 10 years. As a leader, I’ve been able to help guide numerous individuals through their career development regardless of where they were in that journey. Outside of work, I’ve also spent much of my career helping college students and recent graduates with professional development, like resume building, interview prep, and career planning. I’m very passionate about helping others grow, and I’m excited to meet you all!
  • Rob Beck: Rob Beck is a seasoned technical sourcer with over 15 years of experience connecting talented individuals with fulfilling careers in technology. Since 2019, he has been a valuable member of the Ibotta team, specializing in sourcing and recruiting top-tier technology professionals. Rob’s expertise spans a wide range of roles, including software engineering, engineering management, product management, infrastructure, information security, and executive leadership.
  • Tania Ortiz: Tania Ortiz serves as Co-Lead for the Denver chapter of Latinas in Tech. She is a dynamic Talent and DEI Program Leader at Salesforce with extensive experience managing the employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition to engagement and development. Her proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives enhances organizational culture, promotes equity, and improves workforce effectiveness. Tania was born in Mexico City and lived in Brazil and Mexico before moving to the United States. She is fluent in Spanish and English and excels at navigating diverse cultures and business environments.
  • Ursula Reichle: Ursula is an accomplished Senior Sales Recruiter at Slack and Salesforce, where she has excelled for over three years. With nearly eight years of tenure at the company, Ursula has played pivotal roles in recruiting, from managing full-cycle recruiting efforts for software engineers and sales teams to leading university recruiting initiatives. Before becoming a Senior Sales Recruiter, Ursula served as a University Recruiter, focusing on connecting with early talent and supporting their professional development. She also worked as a Sales Recruiter, leveraging her expertise in talent acquisition to help grow Slack’s team.
  • Lindsey Gerlesits: Lindsey Gerlesits is a dedicated Talent Advisor at Salesforce, based in Denver, Colorado. With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, Lindsey has a proven track record of connecting top talent with transformative opportunities. Since joining Salesforce in March 2021, she has played a crucial role in enhancing the recruitment strategy and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Lindsey recruits for Marketing roles at Salesforce, where she has successfully sourced and engaged high-caliber candidates to drive organizational growth. Her strategic approach to recruitment has been shaped by nearly ten years at TEKsystems, where she held various roles including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and University Relations Recruiter.
  • Jourdayn CaudillJourdayn Caudill is an HR professional with a diverse background in technology and talent acquisition, strongly focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Starting in the Tech field at Apple Inc., Jourdayn translated her technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and passion for helping others into a career in recruiting. Dedicating the last Five years to attracting top talent while prioritizing DEI initiatives.
  • Karla Rivas: Karla Rivas is the Vice President of People at the Community Economic Defense Project. With extensive experience as a technical sourcer and recruiter in various tech startups, she has recruited a wide range of talent, including software engineers, sales engineers, data analysts, infrastructure engineers, and more. As an immigrant born in El Salvador, she understands the unique challenges immigrants face as they navigate their careers. A Gates Millennium Scholar and Texas State University graduate, Karla is pursuing her MBA at Colorado State University and serves as the co-chapter lead of Latinas in Tech Denver.
