This year International Women’s Month strives to #EmbraceEquity. The mission of understanding the lack of diverse technologists, which means we have fewer perspectives on what current problems need solving, how to solve those problems, and how to anticipate the problems future technologies might create for women and nonbinary employees within the tech industry is critical to the Latinas in Tech community.

In efforts to advance the conversation, we welcome you to our Community Cafecito, on March 8th. Throughout event, we will highlight topics relevant to women in the workforce, speaking about their personal experience as a women while balancing your career.
