Dr. Ariel Michelman-Ribeiro
Principal Research Scientist, CNA
Dr. Michelman-Ribeiro directs projects within CNAβs Cyber, IT Systems, and Networks Program and coordinates cybersecurity research for the Department of Defense. With a Ph.D. in Physics from Boston University, her work spans cyber defense operations and infrastructure. She previously served as CNAβs analyst to the Navy’s Fleet Cyber Command.
Elisa Soto
VP & Chief People Officer, CNA
With 25+ years of HR experience, Elisa leads CNA’s HR strategy, focusing on organizational planning, diversity, and talent management. Prior to CNA, she drove HR initiatives at OGSystems and NASA, known for her “People First” approach.
Adam Monsalve
Cybersecurity Practice Lead, CNA
Adam leads cybersecurity efforts at CNA, specializing in UAS and FAAβs UTM projects. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Florida and has worked on cybersecurity for NASA’s Urban Air Mobility project. Certified in Security+ and AWS Cloud.
Glenda Lopez
Director of Digital Strategy, CNA
With 15+ years in information security, Glenda leads digital transformation at CNA. Previously VP of System/Data Security at Bank of America, she ensured regulatory compliance and managed global teams. She holds certifications in CTPRP and RSA Archer Administrator.
